The Big Review TV platform integrates multi-media to provide a go to hub for people to search, view and review businesses, events and destinations. After finding massive success in Australia, BIG Review TV decided to expand their efforts by introducing the brand into the United States. As a part of the initiative, they redesigned their consumer facing website and introduced a new mobile app designed for the public to create and share their own video reviews through the BIG Review TV app. As the lead designer on the project, I worked with key stakeholders to design their digital products and execute on the vision for the brands release into the United States.

With an increasingly competitive U.S. market, we needed to give people a real reason to pay attention to the brand. Our challenge was to create a fresh and engaging design that would not only appeal to the small/medium business owners, but also a younger generation of content creators. Our aim was to encourage website visitors to download the app and create their own video reviews through the emerging platform.
We created a clean, thoughtful, and actionable design system. By revamping the brand's existing identity, we applied bold, eye-catching imagery and bright colors to appeal to our younger target audience and encourage them to interact with the brand. Our simplified approach allowed us to strike greater consistency between web and mobile platforms, while creating a long-lasting identity for future expansion. We built a website designed to educate curious consumers and a mobile app to keep them engaged with the brand over a longer period of time.
