Rebranding the world’s most subscribed gaming and content creators on YouTube. 

FazeClan is an elite team of gaming professionals and content creators with over 5 million subscribers on YouTube. I was approached to redesign their logo and create a range of apparel designs for their evolving brand name. As a result of the project, I created over 50 brand marks and niche apparel items including baseball jerseys, polos tees, crew necks, hoodies and custom hats/beanies.

The Challenge

Over the past ten years, FazeClan has evolved from a small group of professional gamers into a vast network of lifestyle bloggers and internet celebrities. The brand’s evolution has left the team with an outdated logo that is misrepresentative of their new purpose/talents. The challenge with this project was to overhaul their existing identity and create a new brand image that would align with their updated position as a premium lifestyle brand.

The Solution

We implemented a design as bold and recognizable as the team that it represents. Our approach was to reinterpret the existing brand mark and evolve it into a fresh and unique design. We simplified the logo by developing a range of timeless, geometric monograms that would serve as the foundation for their identity. The simplified design allowed us to apply the logo marks across a range of platforms while maintaining the brand’s visual integrity.
